• We operate a 28-day return policy
• Return requests must be sent to us in writing within 14 days of receipt of the order.
• Customers will then have an additional 14 days to return the item(s) to us.
• Return requests must include the full name, 4/5-digit order/reference number and contact details of the card holder
• If your item is damaged or faulty, please send a written description of the issue alongside photographic evidence of any breakages or faults
• Products must be returned at the customers own expense, unless damaged, and our products must be returned in their original condition, with the correct Tala packaging
• Please note: all hard-wired items, including pendants, ceiling lights, chandeliers, cannot be returned once installed, unless they are proven faulty
• We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of their return, pending a quality inspection
• Refunds will not be issued if the item(s) is damaged on installation or by a third party
• We operate a collection service with leading delivery service DPD.
• If a collection is missed for whatever reason, the customer is liable for the cost of returning the item(s) to us within the specified 28-day window
